Santa Barbara Surf Forecast - for Thursday - 2/11/2010

Just a little WNW-NW leftovers on tap for Thursday…sort of windswelly in shape which will help the swell push into the SB spots (compared to long-periods). Look for surf in the knee high range for most of the average WNW spots. Standout WNW-NW breaks, mostly through South County, will have some knee-waist high waves with a couple of rare waist-high+ sets at the standouts.
Winds look good…E winds 10-15 knots with gusts nearing 20 knots through the morning and then just light and variable winds for the afternoon. Maybe some clouds late in the day but it looks like the rain is over for a few days.
