Santa Barbara Surf Forecast – Monday – windswell leftovers
The Swell
Leftover WNW-NW windswell will be on tap for Monday morning…maybe a touch of NW energy at the really exposed spots, but it will mostly come in too steep for the region and will remain in the background.
Waves
Look for flat-ankle high surf at the average spots on Monday. Top windswell spots will be in the knee high range with a couple of knee-high+ sets on the lower tides. Morning high tide may flatten the surf across the region…try to avoid surfing as it peaks if you can.
Winds
Light to Moderate offshore (N-NE) winds in the 10-15+ knot range in the morning. Light W-NW winds 10-12 knots for the afternoon.
